Millennium Dog
A unique spin on the classic chili dog. The jalapenos in the dog definitely add to the heat and mystique of this tasty lunch or meal on the go. Myself, I still sprinkle a little cheddar on top - that's my favorite dog topping, but definitely give it a try either way and let me know your preference! Last time I made this recipe I added a spoonful of sour cream too, which softened the jalapeno heat and complemented the onions and tomatoes. A nice variation if you are looking for something a little different.

Ingredients:
1 (12-inch) jalapeno Polish dog
1/2 cup chili
1/4 cup grilled onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup guacamole
1 soft hot dog bun
Preparation:
Place ingredients in order given on a warm, soft hot dog bun.
